Leah and Peyton (they could pass for sisters, don't you think?)
Having fun on a tire swing (which Leah fell off of shortly after)
Evan and Daddy sitting on a train
Leah wanting off of a tugboatGreg was off work Friday, so we took the kids to the Museum of Transportation and enjoyed their Creation Station room and looked at all of the awesome old cars and trains. Evan was so excited to see the old cars, he was almost skipping and squealing because he liked them so much.
Friday night we went to my friends's house for some BBQ and fireworks. The kids enjoyed swimming, playing on the swingset, and playing with a water table. I had such a fun time with my friends, as always! When it was time for fireworks, Greg and I knew it was going to be crazy with the kids, so we packed up the car before they were set off in preparation of bolting to the car with two screaming kids; which did happen after about 5 minutes of fireworks. The fireworks weren't just your average bottlerockets, etc. These were HUGE fireworks and they were awesome. Here are just a couple of pictures from the night and from the Museum of Transportation. (Picture of Evan screaming because of the fireworks to come!)
