You would think this is a picture of Leah whining because the egg hunt was over, but she was actually wanting to go play on the playground.
Today was our church's Easter Egg Hunt. We had our friends, Kyle and Rachel and their twins- Drew and Blake meet us up there to join in on the fun. The kids ate cookies, made crafts and then they were able to hunt for eggs. Evan and Leah liked picking up the eggs this year. Last year they both watched other kids and were more into playing with the air-conditioner and a hose on the side of the church!
Leah ended up decorating her carseat with the stickers she received in one egg (nice!) on her ride home. We did have one meltdown because there was some candy they couldn't eat, but this year they did know what a tootsie roll and chocolate eggs were and were excited to eat those.
