Yesterday the kids were so cute playing on the floor. The faces on both of them when Evan almost rolled over on top of Leah was so adoreable. I moved him over and they just stared at each other for a couple of minutes and then started trying to grab each other's face. Don't get me wrong, I love playing with my kids, but I can't wait till they can entertain each other so I can have a couple of minutes to myself.
“You are the strength, that keeps me walking. You are the hope, that keeps me trusting. You are the life, into my soul. You are my purpose, you’re everything.” -Lyrics from Lifehouse “Everything”

Good Morning Evan
I thought he was so cute waking up this morning, I had to grab the camera. He is a very happy baby in the morning (not like his mom).

Our action packed weekend
We also went to Greg's parent's house for a BBQ on Sunday. Leah and Evan tried their first fruit...bananas. They both really enjoyed it. Leah was mad about something prior to eating, but once she got a couple of spoonfuls of the sweet stuff...she was fine. Evan enjoys eating all the foods so far. Hopefully that will continue. Evan has Aunt Sarah's boyfriend's sunglasses on...."I'm too sexy...." Leah enjoye

before dinner.

Bouncing twins
Evan enjoys his bouncy. He was working on his vertical, and according to dad, will be dunking soon.
Not a great video of Leah, but we wanted to put something on here.

I rolled over!
Leah finally rolled over yesterday from her stomach to her back (opposite of what Evan does). Yeah Leah!!

I wear my sunglasses....
Sunday we went to Lowe's to buy some flowers and vegetables for mom and dad's garden and flower pots. We were great helpers! (actually, we fussed and fussed so mom had to go back inside and play while dad got stuck doing most of the work outside). However, we sure looked cute in our new Dora and Thomas sunglasses!

Our first trip to the zoo
Today was our first trip to the St. Louis Zoo. Leah fell asleep almost as soon as we went through the entrance gate. Evan's face when entering the dark and VERY SMELLY Penguin house was absolutely priceless!! I wish I had taken a picture of that. Leah finally woke up towards the end of our family outing at the zoo. I can't wait until they're older and experience the zoo in an entirely different way ("Mommy, can I get a stuffed penguin?" "Daddy, I want a snowcone!", etc.)
